Junk Yard Haunted House
What: Junkyards can easily be creepy without trying but the Junk Yard Haunted House is the real deal. As the story goes, the previous owner Damian Langford made his millions off his junk yard from stealing from other trash haulers and recyclers in the Oak Cliff area. Unfortunately for him, karma caught up and he was later discovered hanging from his Achilles tendon from a tree on his property. This Halloween season, the junk yard is opening up to guests and will be featuring live actors, special effects, and nature’s monsters. Explore an adventure trail lit up with thousands of shining jack-o-lanterns carved with the shape of superheroes, princesses, and cartoon characters, plus legends of fantasy, music, and sports. In addition to that, there will also be plenty of games, Halloween-themed rides, food and drink, and other things to enjoy.
