Beauty treatments for canned goods? Yep. Through the month of November, Remington College’s Dallas location is offering free salon services for people who donate to the campus canned food drive. Bring in a can of food and get a haircut, manicure or pedicure. The services are performed by Remington College students, with supervision from college instructors.
Appointments can be made by calling The Salon at Remington at 972-698-3890. Walk-ins are also welcome. The salon hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
They’re located at 1640 Eastgate Dr. in Garland.
