Mark your calendar for this Saturday, Sept. 4 – that’s the day of the first Cowtown Indie Bazaar, a free event showcasing handmade goods by local artists. Besides shopping for really cool, one of a kind things, you can enjoy live music, crafts for kids and adults, and raffles benefiting the Tarrant Area Food Bank. The first 50 people through the door will receive a free bag filled with handmade items from show vendors.
The event is at Will Rogers Memorial Center from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. A nominal parking fee is charged, so bring anywhere from $3 to $5 for that.
To save even more on your purchases, check out the bazaar’s coupon page ( scroll down to the bottom) – you can get discounts from select vendors.
