On Saturday, March 31, two Easter events for kids will happen in White Settlement. Here’s the lowdown:
Easter Eggstravaganza – sponsored by the City of White Settlement, 2:30 to 4 p.m. The City Of White Settlement’s Easter Eggstravaganza is a egg hunt with four age groups from 1-11+ gathering over 100,000 plastic eggs from the ball fields at Veterans Park (8901 Clifford St.). Ages 0-3 years hunt on the Blue & Yellow Fields at 2:30 p.m.; Ages 4-6 years hunt on the Green & Red Fields at 3:00 p.m.; Ages 7-10 years hunt on the Blue Field at 3:30 p.m.; Ages 11+ years hunt on the Yellow Field at 4:00 p.m. Free.
Wesley Fellowship Free Family Carnival and Easter Egg Hunt – at Wesley Fellowship, 9000 White Settlement Road, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Face & Hair Painting, Bounce House, Free Kid’s Game and Crafts, Clown/Magic Show, Door Prizes every 10 mintutes, Free Hot Dogs, Chips & Lemonade. (Clown and Magic shows 11 a.m. and 12 noon) Don’t forget to bring a basket for the egg hunt.
