If you need some dental work – but don’t have the funds for it – make room on your calendar for the morning of Dec. 24. That’s Care Day at Comfort Dental, an annual event that gives free dental care to those in need. The event happens from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. at all Comfort Dental offices. Patients are helped on a first-come, first-served basis and receive a variety of basic dental care from cleanings to extractions. More serious dental problems are handled on a case-by-base basis at the discretion of the individual dentist.
If you plan to participate in this event, be sure to arrive there several hours beforehand – people tend to line up very early in order to be seen, so bring a book and get ready to wait. You may also want to call your local office ahead of time to find out any other details that might be helpful.
