Free Culinary Events at Williams-Sonoma

Williams-Sonoma stores are offering lots of free cooking and technique demonstration classes over the next few months. You can download the full calendar here. The technique classes are of limited size, so you have to call your local store to RSVP if you want to attend. Here’s some of what’s in store for May:

May 2 – Cooking with Copper – Info on the advantages of using copper cookware.
May 16 – Backyard Braising – Learn how to braise meats on your outdoor grill.
May 23 – Better Burgers – Learn how to make better burgers, with info on meats, seasonings, and so on.
May 30 – Memorial Day with Michael Symon – watch chefs prepare some of this chef’s favorite dishes.
