The DFW Auto Show is returning to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center later this month, giving us the chance to see the world’s most exciting cars and auto products up close and personal. The expo spreads over 650,000 square feet and has enough to see and do to last a whole weekend. One of the highlights of the DFW Auto Show each year is the huge selection of vendors and exhibitors on hand to demonstrate and show off the latest in automotive technologies and products. Some of the world’s foremost auto manufacturers will be at the show this year to exhibit their latest innovations including Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Porsche, McLaren, Rolls Royce, and Aston Martin, as well as all of the big names in domestic and international mid-market autos like Ford, GM, Toyota, Jeep, and more.
The CBS 11 Classic Car Corral will return this year to roll out a wide-ranging display of classic and rare cars. This year, the Car Corral is celebrating three of the most iconic American muscle cars of all time: the Ford Mustang, Mercury Cougar and Chevy Corvette. The exhibit will also feature an exact replica of the 1977 black Trans AM driven by the late Burt Reynolds in the classic film Smokey and the Bandit.
The show also includes hands-on programs like Discover the Ride hosted by Progressive® International Motorcycle Shows®. The program gives attendees a chance to experience what it’s like to ride a real motorcycle and begin the process of becoming a motorcyclist. The program includes demos for new riders and kids, safety seminars, displays of vintage and custom motorcycles, and more.
