Dallas Observer Iron Fork

On May 1, 2019, the best of what the Dallas restaurant scene has to offer will be on display at Centennial Hall at Fair Park when the Dallas Observer hosts the Dallas Observer Iron Fork competition. Does your favorite chef or restaurateur have what it takes? You can find out on May thanks to exclusive discount tickets we have for DFWOTC readers. Not only can you save over 40% to see which chef wins, but you’ll also be able to enjoy tastings from area restaurants. Get them before they’re gobbled up!

The Dallas Observer Iron Fork competition will pit the city’s top chefs against one another for the chance to win this prestigious award. In the competition, each chef will receive a basket of culinary ingredients including one challenging mystery ingredient. Chefs will then have to prepare a dish using those ingredients in a special mini-kitchen to see who will win the title of Dallas’ Iron Chef.

Aside from the Iron Chef competition, the event features tastings from dozens of local restaurants, beer and wine, and live entertainment. Note that this is a 21+ only event – you’ll have to find a babysitter for the kids.

If an evening of culinary adventures and thrilling cooking competitions sounds like your idea of a fun night out, make sure you take advantage of the discount we have for DFWOTC offering over 40% off tickets to the Dallas Observer Iron Chef. All it takes is a free Goldstar.com membership which takes just a few seconds to sign up for.

The Dallas Observer Iron Chef event takes place 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Wednesday, May 1 at Dallas’ own Centennial Hall at Fair Park. Located at 1001 Washington St., Dallas, TX 75210. For more information visit the event’s official website.
