I’m on deadline today so I’m short on time and didn’t have time to do a daily deal roundup. However, I wanted to let you know about one deal that I think is especially appropriate for this time of year. It’s from Groupon: $15 for $30 in gifts from Red Envelope. I love this website. They’ve been around for years and they have some of the nicest gifts out there. For the men on your list, they have things like cufflinks and fancy slippers, and nice engraved stuff (like pocket mirrors and jewelry) for women. There are even quite a few things for kids.
If you buy this Groupon, it is valid towards shipping costs, so if you found something really inexpensive you might be able to get away without spending any more than the $15 up front cost. You have until Feb. 28 to use it.
Also check out today’s side deal for Fort Worth: Half off a ticket to “A Candlelight Christmas,” a tour of homes in Fort Worth’s (very nice) Ryan Place neighborhood. You’ll pay $10 instead of the usual $20.
